Minutewomen Drop Day Two Matchup Against UNCG

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Massachusetts (4-13) dropped its lone game on day two in North Carolina, falling by a score of 8-2 against UNC Greensboro (14-12), Saturday at UNCG Softball Stadium.
Massachusetts battled to a 2-2 deadlock going into the bottom of the fourth inning before UNCG broke open the action with three home runs, creating a 6-2 run they would not surrender. Jenna Bradley received her second starting nod of the season pitching 3.2 innings before Natalee Horton came on in relief. Senior Chloe Whitter got on base twice, recording a single and a walk in the game.
