Massachusetts will face the winner of #10 Saint Louis and #15 St. Bonaventure in the Second Round
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- After being selected to finish 13th in the Atlantic 10 Conference this season, Massachusetts women's basketball (16-13, 11-7 A-10) has officially secured a first-round bye in the Atlantic 10 Women's Basketball Championship after claiming the seventh seed. The Minutewomen will face the winner of #10 Saint Louis and #15 St. Bonaventure on March 6 at the Henrico Sports & Events Center in Henrico, Va. Tip-off for the second round matchup is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. The Action will be streamed live on ESPN+, with links and live updates available at umassathletics.com or @UMassWBB on X (Twitter). Â
The 2025 Atlantic 10 Championship will be held March 5-9 in Henrico, Va. at the 3,500-seat Henrico Sports & Events Center. The tournament begins with first round action on Wednesday, March 5 with three games followed by four games on Thursday and Friday. The Quarterfinal Round will be broadcasted live on Peacock, with live coverage of the Semifinals and  Championship game on CBS Sports Network and ESPN2 respectively.
