Massachusetts Athletics appreciates your support as a season ticket member. As an added benefit for the 2025–26 season, fans can lock in season tickets at the same price by purchasing prior to the May 1 deadline. After the deadline, all new and renewed accounts may be subject to updated 2026–27 rates. Securing season tickets prior to the deadline guarantees the best price.

Now well established in its second year, the Script U Scholarship Society, an initiative of the Minutemen Club, continues to serve as a key fundraising effort supporting the growing investment Massachusetts Athletics is making in its 21 sport programs. As changes in NCAA Division I athletics continue to evolve, increasing scholarship support remains essential for UMass to stay competitive. Each Script U gift helps passionate UMass alums and fans contribute to the total annual scholarship costs and enhanced benefits for UMass student-athletes.

SEASON TICKET PRICING
Interest-Free Payment Plan Available
UMass Athletics offers an interest-free payment plan designed to make season ticket membership simple and flexible. This option allows fans to spread their total balance across five monthly payments, automatically processed by the UMass Athletic Ticket Office. The first payment is made at the time of checkout, with the remaining four payments billed monthly following the May 1 deadline.
Fans can take advantage of this convenient option during the online checkout process to spread payments over time and plan ahead for the upcoming season.
Courtside Seating

Massachusetts Room

Young Alumni Discount
Just because you’ve crossed the stage doesn’t mean your UMass game days are behind you. Graduates from the Classes of 2022–2026 are eligible for exclusive discounted young alumni season tickets—making it easier than ever to stay connected to the excitement at the Mullins Center. This special rate is available only by phone or in person. Seat Upgrades / Adding Seats
Season ticket members can add additional season tickets and/or change their seating location by contacting the UMass Athletics Ticket Office. Season ticket members are also encouraged to submit their seat upgrade request in the additional comments box of their online renewal or by calling 413-545-0810. Seat add-on and upgrade requests will be considered based on your Script U Scholarship Society donor level.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I am renewing my season tickets. Will I have the same seats as last year?
Yes, as long as you renew prior to the season ticket renewal deadline, May 1. If you do not renew by May 1, your seats will be released to the general public.
Does the Mullins Center charge for parking on gamedays?
Yes. For men's basketball and hockey games, there will be a cost associated with gameday parking. Review the parking information above for details for donor, season ticket member and single-game parking options.
Does the Mullins Center have a clear bag policy?
Yes. Starting with the 2026-27 athletic season, all athletic events at both the Mullins Center and McGuirk Alumni Stadium will have a clear bag policy. For more information on what to expect click here.
Are payment plans available for season ticket purchases?
Yes, UMass Athletics offers a payment plan. Pay just a portion of your total season ticket payment at checkout followed by four remaining installments at prespecified later dates.
Can Faculty/Staff members pay by payroll deduction?
Yes, please contact the UMass Athletics Ticket Office and they will provide you with the correct documentation to pay via payroll deduction.
What are the pregame and in-game hospitality options at the Mullins Center?
Pre-game hospitality is offered in the Massachusetts Room inside the Mullins Center for Script U Scholarship Society donors at $2,500 or above. For qualified donors, season tickets are required for admittance to the Massachusetts Room. Accessing Your Tickets
Once tickets are available, how will I access them?
2 weeks prior to the first home game, your tickets will be available for download in your My Account. You have full access to download and manage your tickets in your online account. We suggest that you download your tickets into your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android) well in advance of arrival on campus. The ticket will be scanned at the gate on your phone via QR code. DO NOT PRINT or screenshot mobile tickets, they will not be accepted at the gates. All-IN-1 Pass
The ALL-IN-1 Pass will return again as an option for all season ticket holders. ALL-IN-1 is a smart ticket that will simplify your digital wallet. Add each ALL-IN-1 ticket once per seat and it will automatically update to the next game.
Can I send my tickets to someone else?
Simply, log into your My Account. Under your Manage My Account function, select transfer. Select the game and specific tickets that you would like to transfer. Enter the email address of the person that you would like to receive the tickets. Review the transfer and select Transfer Tickets at the bottom of the screen.
What if I don’t have a smart phone?
Call the UMass Athletic Ticket Office at 866-UMASS-TIX to make other arrangements for your tickets as soon as possible.
