Massachusetts Football Inks 21 On Early Signing Day

AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts football signed 21 student-athletes as part of Wednesday's early signing period to comprise one of the highest ranked classes in program history.Â
Since his arrival on campus last December, head coach Joe Harasymiak has now signed 10 of the top 20 recruits in program history (FBS era).Â
The new additions include defensive backs David Chiavegato (Walpole, Mass.), Terron Johnson (Harlem, N.Y.), Ted Mondesir (Hamilton, N.J.), Kareem Pruitt (Lansing, Mich.) and Corey Warner (Louisville, Ky.), defensive linemen CJ Amobi (Upper Darby, Pa.), Robert Ekins (Butler, N.J.), Samuel Mulbah (Harrisburg, Pa.) and Donovan Murphy (Glenarden, Md.), kicker Seamus McIntyre (Concord, N.H.), linebacker Moritz Strempel (Cologne, Germany), offensive linemen Will McNamara (Colpoy's Bay, Ontario) and Ben Noome (Redding, Conn.), quarterback Aedan McCarthy (Bluffton, S.C.), running backs TK Davis (Washington, D.C.) and Justin Lewis (Santa Ana, Calif.), tight end Matthew Tybor (Tolland, Conn.) and wide receivers Drew Alsup (Groveland, Mass.), Tavian Dashiell (Salisbury, Md.), David Moore Jr. (West Orange, N.J.) and Kai Owens (Carpentersville, Ill.).Â
