Massachusetts And Hawaii Cancel Football Series

The teams have mutually agreed to cancel games in 2026 and 2027.
AMHERST, Mass. – Massachusetts and Hawaii have mutually agreed to cancel their football games scheduled for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
The Minutemen were scheduled to play at Hawaii in November 2026 and Hawaii was scheduled to make the trip to Amherst in August 2027.
Massachusetts will open the 2026 season against Rutgers on Thursday, September 3 at SHI Stadium in Piscataway, New Jersey.
The complete 2026 schedule, including eight Mid-American Conference (MAC) games, is expected to be released in the coming weeks. A 2026 season ticket member interest form is available here.Â
The Minutemen will host their 2026 Spring Game on Saturday, April 25.
