UMass Athletics To Host Football Signing Day Television Show On Wednesday

In-depth discussion on UMass football, #EliteBreed18 signing class will broadcast live on Eleven Sports Network and UMass All-Access
AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts Athletics will celebrate National Signing Day for the football team with a live television show dedicated to the program and the newest Minutemen on Feb. 7, 2018. Andy Gresh and Matt Goldstein will serve as the hosts, while it will be broadcast Noon - 1:30 p.m. live from the Massachusetts Room of the Mullins Center.
The show will be available to viewers free of charge on UMassAthletics.com via the UMass All-Access platform. It will also be aired live via Eleven Sports Network, which can be viewed on DIRECTV channel 623, Verizon Fios channel 597, AT&T U-verse channel 1665 and on Fubo.tv and PlayStation Vue.
The 90-minute special will feature a wide array of UMass football topics, with focus on the #EliteBreed18 signing class. Director of Athletics Ryan Bamford, head coach Mark Whipple and members of Whipple's staff will join Gresh and Goldstein to discuss the program and each of the newest Minutemen.
Simultaneous to the signing day show, season ticket renewals will begin on Feb. 7, with a March 14 deadline for submission. Tickets are $125 for adults and $115 for faculty and staff, young alumni and band parents. New season ticket packages will be available beginning on April 3, with the option to place a deposit in advance. Contact 1-866-UMASS-TIX or call your sales representative for more information on renewing or purchasing new season ticket packages.
The early signing period (Dec. 20 - 22) is in its first year of existence. Massachusetts secured 14 signees during the inaugural early signing days, including Samuel Emilus, Uchenna Ezewike, Darian Green, Elijah Johnson, Josiah Johnson, Darren Kyeremeh, Justin Lewis, Arnold Mbembe, Timothy Moulton, Michael Nesmith, Parker Ogle, Dennis Osagiede, Jaret Pallotta and Da'Shon Ross.
