WARWICK, R.I. - The Minutewomen leave Rhode Island with not only a solid performance but most importantly a healthy squad ready to compete in the A-10 Tournament. The Minutewomen finished 4 of 5 overall behind Boston College, Dartmouth and Brown and ahead of Rhode Island. After many of the Minutewomen getting rest during the New England Championships the team has restored their top runners.

Carly Zinner is back and took first for the Minutewomen and 12th overall. The standout freshman crossed the finish line at 18:53.90 with Rachel Hilliard not far behind at 19:12.10. In third for UMass was Sarah Barrett with a time of 19:20.80. Also making their return and finishing fourth and fifth for UMass was Katie Powers and Danielle McNiff. Powers finished at 19:24.80 while McNiff followed her at 19:46.5.

The Atlantic Championships are set for next Saturday, October 27 at 10:00 AM in Philadelphia, Pa.
