The NCAA Northeast Regional Championships marks the end of the women's 2012 cross country season.
The NCAA Northeast Regional Championships women's 6k is set for Friday at 12:00 p.m. in Madison, Conn.
The Minutewomen placed 12th overall but the future looks bright with four of their top five finishers being underclassmen.
From seniors to freshman and their strong nucleus of sophomores the UMass women's cross country team will need a complete team effort this week at the A-10 Championships.
