AMHERST, Mass. - The Valentine Invitational has been cancelled due to this weekend's weather forecast. Both UMass track and field teams were set to compete at the invitational this Friday and Saturday in preparation for the A-10 Championships next weekend in Kingston, R.I.

Now UMass will have a chance to rest up before they compete next weekend at the A-10 Championships in Kingston, R.I. at Mackal Fieldhouse. The championships are slated for Saturday, Feb. 16 and Sunday, Feb. 17 at the University of Rhode Island.
