1997-98: Placed eighth in the high jump (5' 01/4") at the Atlantic 10 Championships...Finished among the season high top four in the high jump (5' 41/4"), long jump (16' 3") and triple jump (35' 101/2")...

1996-97: Fourth in the pentathlon (3254) at The New England Championships, bolstered by season-highs in the high jump (5' 41/4"), long jump (17' 1/4") and 800 meters (2:38.81)...Fourth in the triple jump at the Atlantic 10 Championships (34' 21/4")...

Outdoor: Second on the all-time heptathlon chart (4516) and fourth in the triple jump (37' 101/2")...

1999: Finished third in the heptathlon at both the Atlantic 10 Championships (3937 pts.) and the New England Championships (4297 pts.)...

1997: Qualified for the Junior National Championships in the heptathlon, but did not compete due to injury...Won the New England Heptathlon Championship (4516), winning the high jump, shot put, 200 meters and long jump with a career best 17' 113/4"...Placed seventh in the heptathlon at the ECAC Championships (4429)...Won the triple jump at the Atlantic 10 Championships (37' 101/2"), while also placing fourth in the high jump...Eighth in the heptathlon (4226) at the Alabama Relays...

At Franklinville Central: Three-time participant ('92, '94, '95) in the USA Track & Field Junior Olympic National Championships...Four-time participant in the New York State Track & Field Championships, winning the pentathlon in 1995-96...Ran in the 1994-95 Indoor National Track & Field Championships...Named the MVP of the Expressway Conference all four seasons...Named the Cattaraugus County Athlete-of-the-Year as a senior...Winner of the Olean Times Herald Bob Davies-Lou Fox Memorial Award for Scholar Athlete-of-the-Year as a senior...
