AMHERST, Mass. - The tennis match that was supposed to be held tonight at 7:30 at the Hampshire College tennis courts has been canceled due to the weather.

The match is tentatively rescheduled for the end of the month, but will be held at Boston College, not at UMass. This will be the 15th match-up between the two teams with Boston College leading the series 12-2. The last time that UMass beat BC was in 1996.

The Minutewomen will now begin their season against Fordham at Mt. Kisco on January 8 followed by at match Columbia the following day.
