HANOVER, N.H. - The UMass women's tennis team rapped up their fall schedule on Sunday as Ellen de Jong and Masha Pozar were eliminated at the Big Green Invitational. In Group A, Pozar fell to Jesse Adler in the quarterfinals. De Jong had the same fate in Group B, falling to Elizabeth Warnack.

After winning one match on Saturday, Pozar fell to Jesse Adler of the host Dartmouth Big Green. Adler took the match, 6-4, 6-2.

After two tough victories on Saturday, freshman Ellen de Jong saw her run come to an end on Sunday. She lost to Elizabeth Warnack, also of Dartmouth, 6-4, 6-3.

The Minutewomen have completed the fall part of their schedule. They open up their spring season on February 4, as they will host the University of Albany at the Bay Road Tennis Club.

Group A:
Jesse Adler (Dartmouth) def. Masha Pozar (UMass) 6-4, 6-2

Group B:
Elizabeth Warnack (Dartmouth) def. Ellen de Jong (UMass) 6-4, 6-3
