BOCA RATON, Fla. - The University of Massachusetts women's tennis team (5-8, 2-0 A-10) fell at Florida Atlantic this morning, 7-0. This match marks the first of three that the Minutewomen will play in the Sunshine State.

The Lady Owls began the match with a sweep of the doubles, to earn the doubles point. After FAU took the first three singles matches as well, they had won the match with four points, thus the remaining singles matches were not finished.

The Minutewomen will be back in action Tuesday, March 16, as they travel to Miami Shores, Fla. to take on Barry University in the second match of its Florida roadtrip.
