As a Junior (2011-2012): Posted a singles record of 1-2 at the Big Green Invite (11/4-11/6)...Also went 1-2 in the double's draw at the tournament with teammate Yuliana Motyl...Along with Yuliana Motyl, advanced to the double's Round of 16 at the ITA Regionals (10/26) at Yale...The pair defeated #4 seed Penn in the first round 9-7 before going on to top Binghamton 8-4 in the second round...In the Round of 16 at the ITA's, lost to #9 seed Cornell 8-6...Advanced to the Flight A doubles final with Yuilana Motyl at the Harvard Fall Classic (9/16-9/18) As a Sophomore(2010-2011):Defeated Charlotte in the A-10 Championship in her singles match 6-2, 6-3 and in her doubles match with Yuliana Motyl 8-1 (4/10) ... Defeated Quinnipiac in straight sets in the NO. 6 singles match along with winning her doubles match with Yuliana Motyl (2/27) ... Defeated Dartmouth in the No. 6 singles in three sets, 6-7, 7-5, 10-8 (2/24) ... Won both, her singles and doubles match against UConn (2/23) ... Defeated Bryant in her doubles match 8-1 and in the No. 5 6-2, 6-1 (2/20) ... Won the No. 6 singles against Farleigh Dickinson 6-0, 6-1 and won her doubles match 8-4 ... Teamed up with Yuliana Motyl to win their doubles match against Army 8-1 (2/18) ... Won both, her No. 6 singles and her doubles match with Yuliana Motyl 6-2, 6-2 against NJIT (2/7) ... Reached the final round of play with teammate Tanisha Hodgson at the West Point Eastern Invitational in the EFFORT doubles (9/26) ... As a Freshman: Paired up with Tanisha Hodgson for an 8-4 win at No. 3 doubles at Holy Cross (10/1) ... Advanced to the quarterfinal round of the Eastern Invitational held at Army, going 2-1 in the tournament in her first action at UMass (9/27). |
