As a Junior in 2005:
• Part of a trio of top notch skiiers on the UMass Minutewomen team along with Eliza Hawkins and Lisbet Rauh.
• Thee top ten finishes and ten Top 25 finishes.
• Best performance came in the giant slalom at the Plymouth State Carnival Jan. 24-25, where she placed 4th.
• Her second top ten finish came at the Boston College Carnival in the giant slalom event, where she placed 8th.
• Qualified for the ECSC Regional where she finished 5th in the slalom, her third Top 10 finish of the year.

As a Sophomore in 2004:
• Came in to her own as the Minutewomen's second ranked skier.
• Placed in the top five in all but one of her giant slalom races, finishing fourth at the UMass, Plymouth St., and MIT& Brown Carnivals and fifth at the BC carnival.
• Placed eighth in the USCSA Regionals.
• Also raced in the slalom events placing as high as fifth at the UMass Carnival.

As a Freshman in 2003:
• Significant contributor to the 2003 squad.
• Finished 12th at the USCSA Nationals (3/3-3/8).
• Had three top 10 finishes in the giant slalom: third at the Brown Carnival (2/2), fifth at the Colby-Sawyer Carnival (2/15) and sixth at the USCA Regionals (2/24).
• Finished third in the slalom in her first carnival as a Minutewoman at the UMass Carnival (1/18).

• Born Caitlin Conway Doughty on April 23, 1984 in Boston.
• Nickname is "Cat".
• Majoring in Psychology and minoring in Art History.
• Has been named to the Dean's List.
• Lists hobbies as skiing and sailing.
