Katie Ferris Named WomensLax.com All-American

After finishing the 2012 season as the NCAA's fourth leading point scorer and leading the UMass women's lacrosse team's offense to a No. 2 ranking, sophomore Katie Ferris was named to the WomensLax.com All-American Team on Friday morning. Ferris tallied 98 points to set a new UMass and Atlantic 10 single-season record and ranked fourth in the NCAA this season in points. MORE

Women's Lax Places Five On IWLCA All-Region Teams

After winning its fourth consecutive Atlantic 10 Championship title and making its third NCAA Tournament appearance in the last four years, the UMass women's lacrosse team placed five Minutewomen on the IWLCA All-Region Teams as announced on Thursday.
