2008 (Freshman): Game-By-Game Stats
Earned A-10 All-Rookie Team honors...started all 18 games scoring 11 goals and adding four assists for 15 points...also had team-best 37 draw controls, nine groundballs and eight caused turnovers for the season...finished the year with a three game scoring streak in place (4g, 1a)...Earned A-10 Rookie of the Week honors (4/14) after she scored a career-high four goals and posted four draw controls, one caused turnover, and one groundball at La Salle (4/13)...in the A-10 Championship Game against Temple (4/27), scored a goal, had three draw controls and one groundball...in the A-10 Semifinal win over Richmond (4/25), scored a pair of goals, added an assist and controlled four draws...scored her first collegiate goal at Northwestern (3/16)...had an assist, three draw controls, two caused turnovers and one groundball in her collegiate debut against Holy Cross.

Before UMass: Started all four years of high school and was named team captain senior year ... was named team MVP and a Tri-Valley League First-Team All-Star as a sophomore, junior, and senior ... was selected to stand for the U19 National Team in 2005 ... as a senior, earned an All-American nomination and was named Tri-Valley League second MVP ... is the all time school leading scorer with 277 points and 184 goals ... also captained the soccer and ice hockey teams and was also a member of the State Champion alpine skiing team.

Personal: Kelsey Leah Schreiner ... born June 1, 1989 ... daughter of Kent and Laurie Schreiner ... has three brothers Justin, Geoff, and Toby ... grandfather, Walter Miles played baseball and basketball for UMass in the early 40's ... enrolled in the College of Arts & Sciences.
