Philadelphia, Pa. - The University of Massachusetts women's basketball team (4-9, 0-2 Atlantic 10) dropped the second game of its Philadelphia roadtrip this afternoon, 67-40, at the hands of St. Joseph's.

Junior forward Brooke Campbell (Baltimore, Md.) and senior guard Judit Zsedenyi (Budapest, Hungary) both posted 11 point efforts to lead the scoring for the Minutewomen. Campbell also posted a team-high six rebounds, while Zsedenyi notched two steals.

Saint Joseph's opened up a 50-15 halftime lead and coasted to a 67-40 victory over Massachusetts, handing the Minutewomen their second consecutive Atlantic 10 loss. The Massachusetts halftime deficit was due primarily to SJU's 68% shooting effort from the floor, as senior Irina Krasnoshiok scored 22 of her season-high 24 points in that stanza. Despite playing solid defense and outscoring the Hawks 25-17 in the second half, the lead was too great to overcome.

The Minutewomen are back in action at the Mullins Center this weekend, as they host A-10 rivals Temple and Dayton. The Owls will be in town on Friday, Jan. 9, for a 7:00 p.m. tipoff while the matchup with Dayton is slated for 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 11.
