Senior leader Christina Derosa (Sound Beach, N.Y.) placed fourth overall among 290 runners in Boston last weekend. She finished the 5k race in just 17 minutes and 58 seconds. This performance earner her Performer of the Week honors from the Atlantic 10.

Stocker placed 61st last weekend, finishing the race in 19 minutes and 31 seconds. Stocker has finished in the top five for UMass in every race this season and the Minutewomen will look to her and classmate Kristin Darling (Miller Place, N.Y.), who has been a solid top performer in her last two races, to keep with DeRosa and lead the way to the finish line.
