AMHERST, Mass. - After a close 29-30 victory over Maine in their season opener, the Minutemen will host Amherst College, UConn, Keene State and Stonehill College on Saturday, September 15. The men will run a five mile race at 11:30 AM at the UMass Wysocki Fields and parking is available in lot 44.

Last week the men ran a tough race against Maine, holding off the Black Bears with good group running. It was John O'Shea that led the way, placing third overall with a time of 18:32.26. Maine's top three placed one, two and four, leaving it to UMass to run together and hold off Maine's fourth runner. Quentin Stipp led the pack placing fifth overall, following Stipp was the rest of the UMass squad to seal the win.
