2010-11 (Senior):Cross Country: Competed in five meets as a senior ... Crossed the line at 32:05.7 at the NCAA Regional Championships (11/13), placing sixth on the team and 95th overall ... At the A-10 Championships (10/30) placed fourth on the team and 33rd overall with a time of 25:35 ... Placed 114th overall and fourth on the team at the Chili Pepper Festival (10/16), crossing the line at 31:52.85 ... At the Paul Short Invitational (10/1), stole third for UMass and 180th overall while finishing in 25:44 ... With a mark of 26:04, finished third on the team and eighth overall at the Home Meet (9/18).

2009-10 (Junior): Cross Country: Competed in three meets ... Finished third on the team and 50th overall at the IC4A Championships (11/21) with a time of 26:33.5 ... Took sixth on the team and 21st overall at the UMass Five-Way Meet (9/19) with a time of 26:41.00 ... Placed eighth on the team and 24th overall at the Dartmouth Invitational (9/12) with a time of 27:20.00.

Before UMass: A 2007 graduate of Tully High School where he was a four-year letterwinner for the Black Knights ...
