Wrapped up the season by taking second on the team and 53rd overall at the NCAA Regional Qualifier (11/14) with a time of 33:00 ... Finished fourth on the team and 121st overall at the ISU Pre-Nationals (10/17) with a time of 25:20.3 ... Crossed the line with a time of 24:42 at the New England Championships (10/10), good enough for first on the team and fifth overall ... Took first on the team and 37th overall at the Paul Short Invitational (10/2), with a time of 24:27 ... Lead the Minutemen at the Dartmouth Invitational (9/12), taking fourth place overall with a time of 26:02.9.
2008-09 (Junior): Cross Country: Competed in five of seven meets ... Ranked second on the team, 31st overall, at the NCAA Regional (11/15) with a time of 32:54.7 ... Finished first for the Minutemen, ninth overall, at the Atlantic 10 Championships (11/1) with a season-best time of 24:22.8, earning All-Conference honors and boosting the Minutemen to their second-ever Atlantic 10 title ... 2007-08 (Sophomore): Outdoor Track: At the IC4A Championships (5/17), ran the 5000 meter to a 37th place finish with a time of 14:58.47 ... Ranked sixth at the New England Championships (5/10) with a season-best time of 14:36.84 ... His highest place finish of the season came at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/3), where he ranked fifth overall with a time of 14:37.69 in the 5000 ... At the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/19), finished 14th overall with a time of 14:42.37 ...Competed in the 1500 meter race at the UConn Invitational (4/5) to a sixth place finish with a time of 4:01.92 ...
