As a junior in 2012: Crossed the finish line at 27:50.1 at the IC4A Championships, placing seventh for the Minutewomen (11/17) ... Placed sixth on the team and 80th overall in the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 27:38.9 (10/27) ... Finished fourth on the team and 54th overall in the Dellinger Invitational with a time of 25:40 (9/29) ... Placed fifth for UMass and 15th overall in the Minuteman Invitational crossing the finish line at 25:00.21 (9/15) ... Finished third for UMass in the season opener and sixth overall with a time of 18:37.87 in the UMass Invitational (9/8).
As a sophomore in 2011: Competed in five meets ... Placed sixth on the team at the IC4A Championships (11/19) crossing the finish line at 27:07 ... Finished sixth on the team at theA-10 Championships (10/29) with a time of 26:07.4 ... Had an eighth place finish for the team at the Paul Short Invite (9/30) finishing with a time of 27:11 ... Finished seventh for the team and 24th overall at the Minuteman Invite (9/17) crossing the finish line at 23:30.52 ... Placed 10th for the team at the Bryant Invite 5K (9/10) crossing the finish line with a time of 16:49.16.
As a freshman in 2010: Competed in three meets ... Had two, top five team finishes ... At the IC4A Championships (11/20), placed fifth on the squad and 137th overall in 27:26.7 ... Placed third on the team and 186th overall with a personal season best time of 26:57 at the New England Championships (10/9) ... Crossing the line at 27:17, placing 33rd overall and ninth on the team at the annual Home Meet (9/18).
Before UMass: Four-year letterwinner for Fayetteville-Manlius High School under coach Bill Aris ... Helped Hornets to four league cross country titles, two regional and sectional titles (2008, 2009) and a state championship in 2009 ... Part of cross country team that took ninth at nationals in 2009 ... Earned all-state honors in 2008 and 2009 ... Named all-league in 2007 ... In track & field, ran the 800 (1:56), 1600 (4:22) and 3200 (9:38) ... Also played basketball and baseball.
