11/18/2012 Men Finish Middle Of The Pack At IC4A ChampionshipsThe men were led by Daniel Sheldon and finished eight of 16 in the IC4A Championships on Saturday afternoon in Bronx, N.Y. 09/12/2012 Men's XC and T&F Introduces Freshmen For The 2012-13 SeasonHead Coach Ken O'Brien, Assistant Coaches David Jackson and Darcy Wilson had perhaps the busiest summer of all and have brought in 26 freshman this season between both track and field and cross country. As a freshman in 2012: Finished eighth on the team with a time of 28:01.3 at the IC4A Championships (11/17) ... Placed 13th for UMass with a time of 27:43.3 at the Brown Invitational (10/19) ... Crossed the finish line at 26:14.07 and finished 14th for UMass in the Minuteman Invitational (9/15) ... Made his collegiate debut in the UMass Invitational and finished 10th on the team and 14th overall with a time of 19:46.06 (9/8). Before UMass: Ran three years of varsity cross country ... Was one of the top three runners on Ludlow High Schools ... Seventh ranked team in the State in 2011 ... Assisted his team to a Division I Western Mass title as a sophomore ...
