2003-04: Placed second at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/2) in the long jump (23'4") to earn All-Conference honors ... also finished sixth at the meet in the triple jump (42' 5 ¼") ... finished 11th at the New England Championships (5/10) posting a 21' 2 ½" mark in the long jump ... at the New Hampshire Invitational (4/24) recorded a 21' 7 ¼" long jump to finish fifth ... his mark of 21' 4" at the UConn Invitational (4/17) was good for a fourth-place finish.

2002-03: Second on the team in the long jump with a mark of 21' 9½" ... finished ninth in the long jump at the A-10 Championships ... was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that placed sixth in the same meet.

2001-02: Placed third in the long jump at the New England Outdoor Championships with a leap of 21' 9½" and finished seventh in the same event at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships (21' 3½") ... recorded top long jump mark of the season (22' 4½") at UConn triangular ... finished sixth in the long jump at the A-10 Indoor Championships (21' 1½") ... top mark of the indoor season (21' 9½") was recorded with a third-place finish in season-opening meet at B.U. ... Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection ... named to UMass Athletic Director's Honor Roll at end of fall term.

Algonquin Regional HS: Won the state championship title in the indoor and outdoor long jump ... holds school records in the outdoor long jump (22' 11¾"), the triple jump (44' 9½") ... also holds the indoor records in the 55-meter hurdles (8.1 seconds) and the 55-meter dash (6.6 seconds) ... named team MVP as a senior ... team captain as a junior and senior.
