2004 Cross Country: Named team tri-captain ... competed in every race for UMass in his final cross country campaign garnering two top-10 finishes ... finished seventh at the Syracuse Classic (9/25) and 10th at Central Connecticut State (10/23) ... was the second-fastest UMass runner at the A-10 Championship meet running 27:04 to finish 25th ... also competed in the NCAA Northeast Regional meet finishing 126th overall and third for UMass.

2003-04: Earned a seventh-place finish in the 10,000-meter run (33:05.01) at the New England Championships (5/10) ... at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/1), finished seventh in the 5,000 meters (15:28.17) and sixth in the 10,000 meters (32:51.68) ... ran a 32:52.93 at the UConn Invitational (4/17) for a third-place finish ... placed 19th in the 5,000 meters (15:41.76) at the Raleigh Relays (3/27) ... during the indoor season, ran his top time of 8:56.48 in the 3,000 meters at the New Hampshire Invitational (1/28) where he finished third ... competed in the 5,000 meters at the Adidas Boston Indoor Games with a time of 15:32.82 ... two top-10 finishes during the cross country season ... competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship (11/17) finishing in 33:32 ... ran a 26:54.0 at the Atlantic 10 Championship (11/3) ... finished 22nd at the Ted Owen Invitational (9/22) with a time of 28:24.0 ... finished sixth at the Syracuse Big Orange Invitational (9/27) with a time of 28:25.72 ... second-fastest UMass runner at the New England Championships (10/12) finishing the course in 26:22 ... posted a ninth-place finish at the UMass Invitational (9/13).
