2008-09 (Senior): Outdoor Track: Placed fifth in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:02.26 at the UMass Six Way Meet (4/11). Indoor Track: Ran with the 4X8 relay squad at IC4A's to finish 23rd with a time of 7:58.98. Also ran the mile in 4:22.40 for a 31st place finish ... At New England's (2/28), ran with the DMR and 4X8 squads, finishing fourth in both races with respective times of 10:02.85 and 7:43.23 ... Ran the mile in 4:27.14 at the Atlantic 10 Championships for a 14th place ranking ... Earned A-10 Co-Performer of the Week after his efforts at the Valentine Invitational (2/14) where he ran the fourth-fastest mile in the A-10 all season with a time of 4:11.48.

2007-08 (Junior): Indoor Track: To wrap up the season, finished 19th in the 4X800 meter relay with teammates Ryan DiOrio, Scott VanderMolen, and Ryan Durkin with a time of 7:49.46 at the ECAC Championships (3/9) ... At the New England Championships (3/1), ran in the 4X800 with the same team to a sixth place finish with a time of 7:45.54 ... With teammates Ryan Durkin, James Bentley, and Kris Carle, ranked fourth in the distance medley at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/16) with a time of 10:29.56 ... Cross Country: Ranked first on the team, 18th overall, at the Albany Invitational (10/13) with a time of 25:51.7 ... Also competed in the home meet against Maine and Vermont (9/15), finishing 18th overall with a time of 25:59.

2006-07 (Sophomore): Outdoor Track: At the New England Championships (5/10), ran the second leg of the second-place 4x800 relay ... At the A-10 Championships (5/6), took fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season-best time of 9:17.74 and 16th in the 1,500 meters (4:08.93) ... Had his top time in the 800 meters (1:56.91) at the UConn Select Meet (4/21) ... Team's top 1,500 meter runner (3:56.86) with his win at the UMass Eight Way Meet ... Won the 5,000 meters (15:03.20) at the UConn Invitational (4/7) for his top time ... Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:25.60) at the UMass Six-Way Meet (4/14) ... Indoor Track: At the IC4A Championships (3/3), ran the anchor leg of the 10th-place distance medley relay team ... 2005-06 (Freshman): Earned second-team all-conference honors as member of the second-place distance medley relay team during the indoor season ...
