2009-10 (RS Senior): Indoor Track: Competed in seven meets ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships in a one of two relay events, as the quad finished with a time of 7:46.04 in the 4x800 meter at the New England Championships (2/27) ... As part of a distance medley relay team, placed fifth at the Giegengack Invitational (2/5) with a time of 10:04.74, while qualifying for the IC4A Championship Meet ... In the mile run, qualified for the New England Championships at the BU Quad Meet (1/14), crossing the line at 4:15.92.

2008-09 (Senior): Outdoor Track: Finished the 1500 meter run in 4:06.10 at the New England Championships (5/8) ... At the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/3), finished the 1500 meter run in 4:19.53 ... Ranked second in the 1500 meter run with a time of 3:54.60 at the UMass Pre Conference (4/25). Indoor Track: Ran with the 4X800 meter relay squad, finishing 23 with a time of 7:58.98 in the prelims at the IC4A Championships (3/7) ... At the New England Championships (2/28), ran with the 4X8 for a fourth place finish with a season-best time of 7:43.23 ... At A-10's (2/21) ran with the distance medley and 4X800 teams, ranking fifth (10:15.68) and seventh (7:59.02) respectively. Also ran individually in the mile with a time of 4:21.77 to finish eighth.

2007-08 (Junior): Outdoor Track: Placed first with a time of 3:56.62 in the 1500 meter run at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/19) ... At the UMass Invitational (4/12), ran the 1500 meter in 3:56.62 to a first place finish ... To start the season at the UConn Invitational (4/5), crossed the finish line in a season-best time of 3:53.31 to finish 29th overall ... Indoor Track: Ran the 1000 meter in 2:31.94 in the preliminaries of IC4A. Also ran in the distance medley (10:01.61) with teammates Peter Fortunato, James Godinho, and Kevin Murphy to a tenth place finish ... At the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/16), qualified for the IC4A in the 1000 meter with a season-best time of 2:29.64 to take second place and ran a 4:29.39 mile.

2006-07 (Sophomore): Outdoor Track: Had his top 800 meter performance (1:58.78) at the UMass Eight Way Meet (4/28) ... Posted his top time with a win in the 1,500 meters (4:01.18) at the UMass Five Way Meet (3/31) ... Indoor Track: Second-Team Atlantic 10 All-Conference ... At the IC4A Championships (3/3), ran the lead leg of the 10th-place distance medley relay team ... At the New England Championships (2/24) ran the lead leg of the fourth-place 4x800 relay and anchored the sixth-place distance medley relay ... Took second at the A-10 Championships (2/17) in the 1,000 meters with a season-best time of 2:29.64 ... Had his top time in the 800 meters (4:22.14) at the Boston University Quad Meet (1/17) ... Cross Country: Competed in five meets in his first season on the team ... Placed 76th overall at the IC4A Championships (11/18) in 26:35.7 ...
