2005-06 (Junior): Outdoor Track: At the A-10 Championships (5/7) placed 20th in the 5,000 meters (16:11.00) ... at the New Hampshire Invitational (4/8) placed 16th in the 5000-meter run (15:47.81) posting his personal-best time ... Cross Country: Ran his fastest 8K time of the season (26:55.4) at the Paul Short Invitational (10/1) ... finished 41st overall at the New England Championships (10/8).

2004-05 (Sophomore): Competed during the cross country and indoor seasons, but not during the outdoor season ... finished 12th at the URI Mega Meet (2/5) in the 3,000 meters (9:05.35) ... competed in three races during the cross country season ... at the A-10 Championship meet (10/30) finished 79th overall in 28:49.

2003-04 (Freshman): Competed in the 800-meter, the 1,500-meter and 5,000-meter races during the outdoor season ... ran a season-best time in the 800 meters (2:24.08) as well as in the 1,500 meters (4:17.80) at the Brown Invitational (4/10) ... during the indoor season, competed in the 1,000 meters at the Rhode Island Mega Meet (2/9) finishing the event in 2:42.82.

Before UMass: Competed in cross country and track for four years at Scotch Plains Fanwood ... named team captain his senior year ... helped distance medley relay team to an 18th-place national ranking ... named to the All-Union County first-team in cross country and in track ... ran personal-best times in the 3,200 meters (10:10) and in the 5,000 meters (16:55) during his senior campaign.
