AMHERST, Mass. - Men's swimming senior Peter Sacco has been keeping a blog documenting the men's season. The journalism major from Rochester, Mass. has made seven entries to the UMassaquatics.com blog, with his latest entry discussing the Minutemen's plans for the winter intercession.

Firstly, I want to apologize for the recent lapse in blogging, which resulted from long nights of studying in preparation for finals. But now the semester is over, so I will once again be posting weekly blogs.

I will now catch everybody up on what has been going on in Boyden over the last couple weeks, and what to expect looking forward to intercession. Following the loss to Yale on December 1st, Russ continued our training at a high intensity level. We did not rest for the Yale meet, as our focus was on training through finals week and into intercession. This was a crucial part of the season, as too much time away from the pool during finals week can easily segway into intermittent training over Christmas break.
