In exactly three weeks time, our team will walk on deck at the brand new SPIRE Institute in Geneva, OH, to compete in the first night of competition at the 2013 Atlantic 10 Championships.

Three weeks is crunch time. It's time for focus and precise preparation. It's time to hone skills. The three-week milestone is when each of us starts to subconsciously evaluate our feel in the water. Tuesday/Thursday doubles are done, and this is when we start to anticipate the results of our taper.
