General: Named a team captain for the 2005-06 season ... his 2:05.92 performance in the 200-yard breaststroke at the Atlantic 10 Championships ranks eighth all-time in school history ... his 4:03.66 effort in the 400 individual medley, also at the A-10 Championships, ranks seventh all-time at UMass..

2006-07 (Senior) Update: Placed fourteenth in the 100-yard butterfly (54.20), seventh in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:01.02), and sixth in the 200-yard butterfly (2:00.57) in the Nutmeg Invitational (12/3) ... Placed first in the 400-yard medley relay, and second in the 200-yard butterfly (2:01.47) against Boston University (11/11) ... Against Army (10/28) swam a team-fastest 1:00.16 in the 100 breast stroke (4th). Also finished fifth in the 200 breast (2:14.39) and 200 IM (2:03.32) as well as first in the 200-yard medley relay (1:34.89) ... Finished second (1:01.29) in the 100 breast, first (2:15.19) in the 200 breast and third (1:38.00) in the 200 medley relay at Stony Brook (10/21) ... At the UConn Invitational (10/13), placed fifth in the 200 breast (2:26.39), third in the 400 IM (4:36.50), and 10th in the 200 IM (2:11.76).

2005-06 Update (Junior): Finished ninth (1:03.43) in the 100-yard backstroke at the Connecticut Invitational (10/15)...Finished first (2:04.64) in the 200-yard backstroke vs. Boston University (11/12)...Finished third (2:12.71) in the 200-yard breaststroke at Southern Connecticut State (11/6). Finished sixth in the 200-yard butterfly (2:03.39), finished eighth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:18.31), finished third in the individual medley (2:00.87) at Army (11/18)

2004-05: Honored with the team's S.T.U.D. Award ... one of the top breaststroke and individual medley specialists on the team ... posted seven event wins during the season in the 100 and 200 breaststroke ... finished among the top-5 in 26 races ... was UMass' top-ranked swimmer in the 200 breaststroke, second in the 400 individual medley, and third in the 200 individual medley ... at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/16-19), took third in the 200 breaststroke (2:05.92), fourth in the 400 individual medley (4:03.66), and seventh in the 200 individual medley (1:54.37) ... his times in the 400 IM and 200 breast were career-best performances ... versus Boston College (1/22) in the final home meet of the season, finished second in the 100 breaststroke with a season-best effort of 59.97 seconds.

2003-04: One of the team's top competitors in the 200-yard breast, the 200-yard IM, and the 400-yard IM ... ranked second on the team in the 400 IM and third in the 200 breast and 200 IM ... set top-time in each event at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/19-21) ... posted a mark of 1:54.35 in the 200 IM on the opening day of the championships ... followed that with a 4:05.54 effort in the 400 IM on day two and a 2:08.16 finish in the 200 breast to conclude the meet.

Before UMass: Four-time letterwinner at Fruita Monument High School ... holds nine school records ... was team captain junior and senior year ... awarded team MVP for sophomore, junior and senior years ... also named most inspirational freshman year ... member of the National Honors Society.
