2002: Smith played in six games for Head Coach Sam Koch in 2002... He totaled two shots with one shot on goal... Both of his shots came in a 6-0 win over Hartford. BEFORE UMASS: Graduated in 1999 from Framingham High School, where he lettered three times for Coach Dan Avery... Was a defensive specialist that tallied two goals as a senior... Team advanced to the sectional finals in his final two seasons... Was part of the Academic Honor Roll all four years... Also lettered in track his senior year. PERSONAL: Son of Margaret and Victor Utubor... Born July 15, 1981 in Benin City, Nigeria... Has graduated from UMass with a B.A. in accounting, and is currently pursuing an M.S. in accounting. |
