• Named to ECAC Second Team after senior season.
• A starter on the Minutemen defense that has allowed just 8.81 goals per game.
• Started all 30 games at UMass after transferring in from Army.
• Second on the team with 32 caused turnovers, also had 28 groundballs.
• Scooped up three groundballs and caused a turnover at Rutgers (5/7).
• Caused one turnover and picked up a groundball vs. Syracuse (4/30).
• Picked up two groundballs and forced two turnovers vs. Georgetown, including his 100th career groundball. (4/23).
• Scooped up four groundballs and caused three turnovers at Hobart (4/16).
• Forced four groundballs and picked up a GB vs. St. John's (4/9).
• Snagged a groundball, caused two turnovers vs. Penn State (4/2).
• Caused two turnovers and picked up two GBs at Loyola (3/26).
• Scooped up three groundballs and had four caused turnovers at Sacred Heart (3/22).
• Picked up a groundball and was called for two penalties for 2:00 against Brown (3/19).
• Piled up five caused turnovers and picked up four groundballs vs. Stony Brook (3/12).
• Scooped up four groundballs and recorded three caused turnovers against Yale (3/5).

ON PASKALIS: With all the attention on defensemen Jack Reid and Matt Garcia, is coming into his own after transferring from Army... according to Cannella, he is as good if not better than the other highly touted members of the UMass defense... leads the team with a bench press of 405 and is a strong defender... great around cage... a born-leader... can be counted on to cover anybody with his great athleticism... runs well for his size.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2003: Saw action in all 14 games, starting five of the first six... picked up 14 groundballs and commited four penalties for 2:30 minutes... picked up a season-best four groundballs against Harvard (4/13) and Hartford (3/2)... grabbed two groundballs vs. North Carolina (2/ 28).

BEFORE UMASS... Played freshman and sophomore seasons under legendary coach, Jack Emmer, at Army... helped lead the Cadets to the NCAA Tournament in 2003, starting all 16 games and scooping up 35 groundballs and committing 15 penalties for 12:00... earned second team All-Patriot League honors in 2003... picked up 30 groundsballs in 2002, making the adjustment from high school to college very easily... prior to stint at Army, played four seasons at Concord High School... was part of the 1999 Granite State All-Stars Team that was runner-up at the prestigious Vail Tournament in 1999... was named an All-American in 2000 as well as a New Hampshire All-Star in 1999 and 2000... was a New Hampshire Senior All-Star selection in 2000... was a team captain his final three years at Concord.
