    AS A SENIOR IN 2008: (As of May 6)
    • Athletic defender close defenseman, is a team captain as a senior. Playing as starting long-stick defensive midfielder.
    • In 14 games this season, leads team with 36 groundballs along with 15 caused turnovers and first career goal. Helped team to 8.56 GAA.
    • Scooped four groundballs vs. Fairfield (4/22).
    • Two groundballs and two caused turnovers at #5 Georgetown (4/19).
    • Part of defense which held Hobart's (4/12) attack pointless in overtime win. Had two groundballs.
    • Career-best five groundballs at St. John's (4/5).
    • Took three shots, but didn't score at Sacred Heart (3/18), also had two groundballs.
    • Four groundballs at Brown (3/15) as UMass allowed just four goals.
    • Scored on a fastbreak goal off full-field rush vs. Albany (3/11) for first career tally. Also had two groundballs.

    AS A JUNIOR IN 2007: Named to All-New England First Team ... Athletic defender close defenseman, who started all 14 games in 2007 and 19 over last two seasons ... Led team in caused turnovers with 22, also had 28 groundballs ... In finale at Rutgers (5/5), had three caused turnovers ... Tremendous game with career-highs in groundballs (5) and caused turnovers (4) in win over #12 Syracuse (4/28) ... Scooped up four groundballs and caused one turnover at Hobart (4/14) ...     AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005: Saw action in 12 games as a man-down defender... took first career shot at Rutgers (5/7)... scooped up a groundball vs. St. John's (4/9)... snagged a career-high three groundballs in the win over Penn State (4/2)... picked up a groundball against Stony Brook (3/12).

    BEFORE UMASS: Was a three-year letterwinner for coach John Calabria at Syosset High School... named to the Nassau All-County team twice... tallied six goals and seven assists in his career as a defensemen... captained the squad his senior year and was named team MVP... recognized as the most improved player his sophomore and junior years... lettered twice in basketball... a member of the National Honor Society.
