AMHERST, Mass. - The University of Massachusetts hockey program will hold a golf outing for all its fans and supporters on Monday, June 28, at Brookline's Putterham Meadows Golf Course. The event will start with registration at 12:30 p.m., with a 1:00 p.m., shotgun start.

The event, with all proceeds going to support the UMass Hockey team, gets underway at 12:30 p.m., with registration with the golf event to follow at 1:00 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., cocktails and dinner will be served with awards and raffle prizes being handed out at 6:00 p.m.. The entry fee of $150 will get you green fees, a box lunch, cart, dinner and a golf gift. For $150, a person can enjoy the dinner and sponsor a hole as well.

The Minutemen are coming off their best season in school history, posting a 19-12-6 mark, hosting a Hockey East Quarterfinals series and advancing to the Hockey East Finals for the first time ever.
