Joel Hanley (Portland Pirates - AHL)
Has appeared in 11 games since signing with Portland on March 12. He has recorded three points in those contests. Hanley logged an assist at Providence (4/6). The night before he also tallied a helper at Manchester (4/5).

Conor Sheary (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins - AHL)
Sheary made his professional debut vs. Albany this past week on April 5. The former co-captain took part in a 1-0 overtime win against the Albany Devils that night.

Casey Wellman (Hershey Bears - AHL)
Wellman recorded a goal with two shots to go along at Bridgeport (4/6). He notched another goal at Worcester (4/5) while also taking four shots on net.

T.J. Syner (Reading Royals - ECHL)
Syner and his Reading Royals club have clinched a spot into the Kelly Cup Playoffs starting on April 17. The defending champions will have home ice against an opponent to be determined. Syner has tallied 44 points, with 19 goals and 25 assists. In his last five, he has recorded four points (two goals, two assists) while also holding a +5 rating.

Marvin Degon (Reading Royals -ECHL)
Degon helped the backend of the Royals and their playoff push. He scored a power play tally vs. Kalamazoo (4/5). He notched a goal and 2 assists and finished with a +3 rating vs. Kalamazoo (4/4). Degon and the Royals are preparing to defend their title.

Justin Braun and Matt Irwin (San Jose Sharks - NHL)
and Jonathan Quick (Los Angeles Kings - NHL) When the playoffs start Wednesday April 10, it will begin a Western Conference Quarterfinals matchup between rivals San Jose and Los Angeles. Quick and the Kings have a 3-2 advantage in the season series. This season, all three UMass alums have helped their teams play for the Stanley Cup. Quick has posted a 27-17-3 record while recording a 2.05 GAA and a .916 save percentage for Los Angeles. Braun has played in every game for the Sharks this year. He has tallied 17 points, with 4 goals and 13 assists. He has a +16 rating while also notching his first professional game-winning goal earlier in the season. Irwin has anchored the blueline in 60 of San Jose's contests this year. He has posted 18 points, scoring two goals and having 16 helpers throughout the season. He has a +3 rating on the season.
