AS A JUNIOR IN 2001-2002:
Played in 31 of the team's 34 games... Finished second on the team in scoring with 20 points... Also finished second in goals with 11 and third in assists with nine... Led the team with five power play goals and two game-winning goals... Was second on the team with 85 shots... Collected five points over a three-game span (1/7-1/12)... Took 12 penalties for 32 minutes... Had a season-high three points on a goal and two assists in the 4-2 victory over Northeastern (11/3)... Netted two goals in the overtime loss to Boston College (1/7)... Had a shorthanded goal and an assist in the 3-3 tie against Merrimack (1/12)... Notched a pair of assists in the 6-5 victory over Connectict (11/11)... Also scored the game-winning goal against Vermont (11/20)... Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll in the spring semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2000-2001:

Finished tied for ninth in overall goal-scoring in Hockey East... Named Hockey East Player of the Week following the victories over UMass Lowell and New Hampshire (11/3 & 11/4)... Had two goals, including the game-winner with 14 seconds remaining in overtime against UMass Lowell (11/3)... Had two goals and three assists in season-opener at Wisconsin (10/6)... Netted two goals in the 4-1 victory over Brown (1/2)... Had two goals and two assists in the weekend series against Boston College (2/23 & 2/24)... Scored a pair of goals against Providence (1/7).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 1999-2000:
Played in 34 games... Led the team with 21 assists... Finished third on team in scoring with 26 points... Made his college debut against Boston College (10/23) and played every game the remainder of the season... Tallied three assists in 5-1 win over BC (2/26)... Named Hockey East Rookie of the Month for February... Scored two power play goals in 3-3 tie against UMass Lowell (2/6)... Posted a goal and two assists in a 5-3 win over Merrimack (1/21)... Assisted on all three UMass goals in 5-3 loss to Notre Dame (12/11)... Had four assists in the weekend series vs. Notre Dame and was named Hockey East Rookie of the Week... Scored his first collegiate point versus Boston College (10/23) with an assist... Notched his first career goal in the victory over UConn... Assisted on both goals in a 3-2 loss to Northeastern (1/15)... Named to the Hockey East All-Academic team... Named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll in the fall and spring for having a GPA above 3.0.

BEFORE THE UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS:
Played two years for the Rochester Mustangs of the United States Hockey League... Was the second-leading scorer on the Mustangs in 1998-99 with 54 points on 22 goals and 32 assists... Was a USHL All-Star selection... Played baseball and football in high school... Was a first team all-state and USA Today honorable mention All-America for baseball (center field).
