NAMED A TEAM CAPTAIN FOR THE 2002-03 SEASON.
AS A JUNIOR IN 2001-2002:
Played in 33 of the team's 34 games... Recorded a goal and three assists... Finished the season second on the team in penalties with 17 and third in penalty minutes with 34... Scored his first career goal in the 4-3 overtime victory against Northeastern (1/26)... Had his first assist of the season in the 6-5 victory over Connecticut (11/11)... Notched an assist against UMass Lowell (11/16)... Recorded an assist against Boston University (12/9)... Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll in the spring semester.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2000-2001:
Played in 27 games... Recorded two assists... Assisted on Samuli Jalkanen's game-winning goal in the victory over Northeastern (1/13)... Had an assist at Vermont (11/21).
AS A FRESHMAN IN 1999-2000:
Played in 31 games... Recorded his first career point with an assist in the 5-1 victory over Union (11/27)... Finished the season with 11 penalties for 22 minutes.
BEFORE THE UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS:
Played for the Vernon Vipers of the British Columbia Junior Hockey League... Was the team's Unsung Hero for the 1998-99 season... Team was the Canadian National Junior A champions... Two-time assistant captain... Had 20 points on four goals and 16 assists for the Vipers in 1998-99.
