The game time for the UMass vs. Buffalo football game on November 17 at Gillette Stadium has been set for 3 PM as announced on Wednesday. The game will be the annual Band Day featuring the UMass Marching Band along with high school bands from all across New England joining together for a spectacular performance.

The meeting as Mid-American Conference rivals will be the first for the two programs since they last played in 1998. All-time, UMass and Buffalo have met on the gridiron nine times with the Minutemen holding a 5-4 all-time record.

UMass will head to Nashville to face Vanderbilt this weekend with kick-off set for 7 PM. The game will be televised on Fox Sports Net and NESN. This is the first time UMass has ever played a team from the SEC and will begin a four-game series with the Commodores over the next six years.
