Ticket Information Available For 2013 Football Season

AMHERST, Mass. - The University of Massachusetts athletic department and the Minutemen football program announced ticket information for the 2013 season on Monday morning, including prices and purchasing opportunities for all away contests and a special offer for the game at Wisconsin.
Road game tickets will go on sale through the UMass Athletic Ticket Office on Monday, July 1 at 9 a.m. Individual tickets for home games at Gillette Stadium will become available on Monday, July 8 at 10 a.m.
The UMass Alumni Association is providing a "Ticket & Tailgate" package for all Minutemen fans attending the season-opening game at Wisconsin on Saturday, Aug. 31. The tailgate will be held in the Northwood Room of the Union South building, with a balcony overlooking "Badger Bash," the largest and longest-running public tailgating event in Madison, Wis. A breakfast including eggs, French toast, sausage, potatoes, fruit salad, yogurt, croissants, muffins, assorted juices, coffee and tea. A cash bar will also be available for fans that purchase the "Ticket & Tailgate" package.
Purchasing tickets for away games through the UMass Athletic Ticket Office ensures seating with other Minutemen fans in attendance. Those interested are encouraged to purchase road contests tickets as far in advance as possible as quantities for each game are limited.
The contests at Bowling Green (Oct. 5) and Ohio (Nov. 29) will cost $15 per ticket while pricing for the UMass-Buffalo game is set at $18 a piece. Fans can attend the match-up at Central Michigan (Nov. 23) for $22 and the contest at Kansas State for $30. It will cost $45 per ticket at Wisconsin. Fans can purchase game-by-game tickets through 1-866-UMASS-TIX (1-866-862-7784).
