AMHERST, Mass. - The annual UMass Football Spring Game will be held this Wednesday night at 7 PM under the lights at McGuirk Stadium. The Minutemen will officially close out their Spring Camp with the Maroon & White scrimmage giving fans a chance to glimpse the future under new head coach Mark Whipple and his staff.

For those who can't make the game, it will be streamed live online with Cody Chrusciel and Matt Goldstein calling the action beginning at 7 PM through the CBS All-Access Video Player.

Parking lots will open for tailgating at 5 PM and there will be an autograph session with the Minutemen prior to the game at 6:30 PM. Additionally, fans will be able to get photos with Sam The Minuteman, the UMass cheerleaders and there will be a t-shirt toss and contests to win prizes throughout the evening.

Game day parking for the Spring Game will be the following:
• Lot 11 (Yellow Lot)
• Inside McGuirk Stadium South Fence Line (Red & Blue Lots)
• South Stadium Drive Loop (Across from Stonehenge)

Tailgating will be permitted in those lots as well as on the Dallas Mall and along Stadium Drive, however, vehicles will not be allowed to park there.

There will also be Athletic Department representatives on hand with season ticket information and to discuss seating options at McGuirk for the upcoming season. The Minutemen will play three games back at McGuirk Stadium this year along with three games at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.

If you're traveling to campus, make a day of it with UMass Athletics. Coach Whipple will be a guest speaker at the Sports Luncheon, which begins at noon. Then join UMass Athletics for the UMass Basketball Champions Center Topping Off Ceremony at 1:30 p.m. The ceremony will be held in the South Plaza of the Mullins Center on Commonwealth Avenue. You can sign your name to the top-most steel beam.

Season tickets for UMass football are currently on sale online at Full packages, Gillette Stadium packages, and McGuirk Stadium packages all are available.

And, of course, you'll want to make your plans now to be at Gillette Stadium August 30 as the Minutemen host in-state rival Boston College. The first game back at McGuirk Stadium this fall will be against Bowling Green on Sept. 27.
