As the NFL postseason heads into Week 2, two former Minutemen reached the Wildcard Weekend in James Ihedigbo (Baltimore Ravens) and Jeromy Miles (Cincinnati Bengals). For Ihedigbo, this marks the fourth straight year he has reached the NFL playoffs. Victor Cruz continues to prepare for the Pro Bowl, while John Griffina nd Travis Tripucka each signed future contracts with the New York Jets.

Advanced to Divisional Playoffs with 24-9 win over Colts; will face Broncos on Saturday, Jan. 12 ... Has made the playoffs in each of his four NFL seasons playing in 10 total postseason games ... Played in all 16 games with the Baltimore Ravens with three starts during the regular season ... Has 25 total tackles including 18 solo, one sack and one pass defended ... Started the last three games of the regular season (vs. Denver, vs. New York, and at Cincinnati) ... Had a season-high seven tackles in loss at Denver ... Had four tackles in win over New York ... Totaled 15 special teams tackles (second on team) ... Three tackles Sept. 10 at Baltimore ... Seven tackles and a pass defensed Sept 16 vs. Cleveland ... Recorded one tackle on defense Nov. 18 at Kansas City, along with team-high three tackles on special teams ... Tied for team lead in special teams tackles (two) Dec. 23 at Pittsburgh ... Became third player in UMass history (Greg Landry & Milt Morin) to be named to the NFL Pro Bowl after starting all 16 games with the Giants in 2012 ... had 86 receptions for 1,092 yards and 10 touchdowns ... second straight season with 1,000+ yards receiving and his 10 TDs was one better than his rookie season in 2009 ...
