PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Brian Westbrook rushed for two touchdowns and caught a 22-yard pass for a third to lead Villanova over Massachusetts, 47-13 on Saturday.

Westbrook finished with 199 all-purpose yards for Villanova (5-2, 4-1 Atlantic 10), leaving him 15 yards short of the division I-AA career record of 8,376. Matt Guice passed for 159 yards for Massachusetts (1-6, 1-4) but was sacked six times.

Villanova's Brett Gordon threw for 180 yards and three touchdowns. He connected with Brian White for a 10-yard score in the first, and hit Westbrook and Phil DiGiacomo for touchdowns in the second.

Gordon completed 16 of 27 passes. He ran 1 yard for a touchdown with 35 seconds left in the first.

Westbrook rushed for 103 yards, caught six passes for 40 yards and had 54 return yards.

Villanova held Massachusetts to 35 rushing yards. Massachusetts scored once on a 3-yard run in the first and again on a pass interception in the third.
