The UMass Football Team had special tributes to the victims of the Boston Marathon Attacks on Saturday, April 20, including special jerseys dedicated to those who died. Additionally, at halftime, runners who were unable to finish the Marathon were invited to 'Cross The Finish Line' as the Minutemen and fans cheered them on.

Started all 11 of the games he played in ... Recorded 45 total tackles, including two for a loss of nine yards ... Had one interception on the season ... Led the team in both pass breakups (12) and fumbles recovered (three) ... Also tied the team lead with two forced fumbles ... Added one blocked kick and one fumble return ... Started at cornerback and recorded six tackles while tying a single-game personal-best of two pass breakups at No. 23 Wisconsin (8/31) ... Tallied one stop against Maine (9/7) ... Earned another solo tackle at Kansas State (9/14), recovered a fumble and blocked a PAT attempt ... Made five stops, including a pair of solo takedowns, and picked off Austyn Carta-Samuels first pass attempt when the Minutemen faced SEC opponent Vanderbilt (9/21) ... Started all 12 games ... Finished fourth on the squad with 53 tackles (30-23) while recording two interceptions, four pass breakups and a TFL ... Earned at least five tackles in six games on the year, including four of the last five ... Had five takedowns (4-1) and deflected two passes in his collegiate debut at Connecticut (8/30) ...
