As A Redshirt Senior In 2005:

  • Versatile senior who began the year playing wide receiver (his third position at UMass) before returning to tailback (his original position) the second game of the season. Played cornerback in 2004. Began his career as a tailback in 2002, earning Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year and ECAC Rookie of the Year.
  • One of the team's most outgoing, talkative and personable players is also used as a kickoff and punt return man.
  • In nine games, has 79 carries for 298 yards and five rushing TDs.
  • Also has 16 catches for 140 yards; four punt returns for 20 yards and 14 kickoff returns for 277 yards. Overall has 735 all-purpose yards.
  • Has 19 career rushing touchdowns, 11th all-time at UMass in a career.
  • Three kick returns for 48 yards, one catch for 19 yards at Army (11/12).

  • Playing as both a tailback and receiver at Colgate (9/10), had four carries for 30 yards, four catches for 29 yards and a kick return for 28 yards. Ripped off a 25-yard rush on his first as a tailback this season in first quarter.

  • Last season, played in nine games, starting seven at cornerback, making 38 tackles and intercepting two passes.
