UMass-Memphis Tickets Set For Presale Friday In Boston

BOSTON, Mass. - The UMass Basketball Celebration this Friday at the UMass Club in Boston will feature an exclusive special offer to all fans at the event. A special presale of tickets to the UMass-Memphis game on Dec. 19 at the TD Garden will be held at the event from 5-7 p.m. Fans will have the chance to purchase tickets for $30, $20 or $15, on the spot at the UMass Club.
Join fellow alumni and friends as we celebrate 100 years of UMass Basketball with two key figures from Minuteman history, Coach Derek Kellogg '95 and former head coach, John Calipari. Both coaches will be on hand for autographs and socializing during this casual reception. You also have the opportunity to purchase a copy of the phenomenal new DVD, 100 years of UMass Basketball, in addition to a copy of Coach Calipari's soon-to-be-released book, Bounce Back: Overcoming Setbacks to Succeed in Business and in Life, co-written with UMass Amherst alumnus David Scott '94. In recognition of September 11, a portion of the proceeds from the evening's gathering will benefit the Massachusetts Soldiers Legacy Fund (MSL), which was founded and is chaired by UMass Amherst alumnus, Peter Trovato '05, to aid the college-age children of soldiers who have perished serving our country.
