AMHERST, Mass. -- UMass basketball stars Tony Gaffney and Chris Lowe had very successful workouts with the NBA's Sacramento Kings on Saturday afternoon. Gaffney continues to garner more attention as it was his third workout after previously spending time with the Indiana Pacers and Milwaukee Bucks. For Lowe, it was his first NBA session.

Gaffney has been listed as a second-round draft pick, as high as No. 41 by some pre-draft services. He expects to have several more workouts soon.

"I am getting very good feedback," Gaffney said from Sacramento. "As did my agent. The Kings said I played very well. Things are looking good. I'm almost certain I will have a few more workouts over the next 12 days, right up to the draft."

Check back for more info on Gaffney and Lowe as they hope to be selected in the NBA Draft on June 25 from Madison Square Garden in New York.
