Express Line Student Tickets Now Available For Pick Up

Jan. 21, 2014

UMass Undergraduate Students,

Welcome back for the new semester! Have you heard the news?

Your UMass Minutemen basketball team is ranked #13 in the nation! The hockey team has a full slate of Hockey East games on tap as the race for the postseason heats up!

All in all, it's a great time to be a UMass student to see some great action in the Mullins Center.

Because of this, there has been a growing interest and increased attendance for Men's Basketball and Hockey games at the Mullins Center. To help make the student experience more enjoyable, UMass Athletics has created an "Express Line" for all remaining home games. This "Express Line" will be in addition to the current student entrance and will help reduce the wait time to enter the building on game days. The only way to get access to this "Express Line" will be to pick up your FREE student ticket in advance.

-By picking up your "Express Line" ticket in advance, you will be guaranteed entry into the game until 15 minutes after the start of the game.
-Picking up your "Express Line" tickets will also ensure that you do not get turned away in event of a sellout.
-Your wait time to enter the building will be reduced, and will ensure a more enjoyable experience.

-Student "Express Line" tickets can be picked up at the Mullins Center Box Office during normal business hours (M-F 9am-5:30pm)
-Tickets can be picked up for any/all home men's basketball and ice hockey games for the upcoming week.
-A valid UCard will be required to pick up each ticket.
-Student must be present to pick up tickets. (One student cannot pick up tickets for other students)

-Students with their "Express Line" tickets will be permitted to enter the Mullins Center through the "Express Line" which will be located in the South Entrance along side the current Student Entrance. You will need your UCard in addition to your "Express Line" ticket on game day.
-Students without "Express Line" tickets will be required to enter through the South Entrance in the designated non-express line.
-Non-Students will continue to enter the building through the North Entrance.

For regular season women's basketball, men's lacrosse and softball games student tickets will not be issued in advance. Undergraduate students can continue to enjoy those games free of charge by presenting their UCard at the Mullins Center, Garber Field and Sortino Field, respectively, on game day.
