Jan. 20, 2014
The University of Massachusetts Department of Athletics will host the Leaman Legacy - Get Moving Day - Clinic this Sunday, Jan. 26 at Boyden Gymnasium.
The free clinic runs from 10 a.m. through 11:30 a.m. and is open to kids ages 12-and-under, compliments of ACA/Dr. Bayuk Allergy.
"ACA, Accountable Care Associates, is a health care solution company that is dedicate to supporting our community and our nation through promoting childhood exercise and nutrition," said Dr. Bayuk.
"The best thing we can do for the health and wellness of our children is teach them habits that will help them live happy and healthy lives. This event is all about the kids. Hopefully as many people as possible will come to support the "The Leaman Legacy-Get Moving Day-Game as possible. This is going to be fun."
The event will feature stations of instruction from some of the UMass men's sports teams, including baseball, hockey, lacrosse and others.
The clinic will also include an admission ticket to the Noon men's basketball game against Fordham for all participants. Adult tickets are available for $14.
